Delivery Policy

1. What we sell online

MPR Ventures sells digital products (templates, toolkits, e-books and recorded courses) and paid consultation sessions. We do not ship physical goods, so no courier or shipping applies.

2. How digital products are delivered

• We currently accept payment by UPI. At checkout you scan our UPI QR code, pay, and enter your UPI transaction ID (UTR).
• We verify the payment and email your product, with a receipt, to the email address you gave at checkout within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
• When card and netbanking payments through our payment partner go live, you will also be taken to your download link immediately after payment.

3. Recorded courses

Course videos and worksheets are available online through the access link. Unless the product page says otherwise, access lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Paid consultation sessions

After payment, we send you a booking link to choose a time. We confirm the session by email or WhatsApp within one working day. Sessions are held online by video call unless we agree otherwise. Rescheduling follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery charges

There are no delivery charges. The price shown on the product page, plus any applicable GST, is the full price.

6. If you did not receive your product

First check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, email info@mprventures.in with your name, order ID and UPI transaction ID. We will resolve it within 2 working days. If we cannot, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Use of digital products

Each purchase is licensed to the buyer for their own business or personal use. You may not resell, share, upload or republish the files or access links. See our Terms of Use.
