Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made to MPR Ventures for consulting services, paid sessions and digital products. Where your signed engagement letter or agreement sets different terms, that agreement applies.

1. Discovery calls

The initial discovery call is free. No payment is collected and no refund applies.

2. Rescheduling and cancelling sessions

• You may reschedule a paid session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer a new time or a full refund for that session.

3. Fixed-fee diagnostics

• Cancelled before work begins: full refund of any advance paid.
• Cancelled after work begins: we refund the advance less the value of work completed to that date.
• No refund once the final findings have been delivered.

4. Projects

Project fees are paid by milestone. Fees for milestones already completed are not refundable. If either party ends a project early, you pay for work completed up to the termination date as set out in your agreement, and we refund any advance paid for work not yet started.

5. Retainers

Monthly retainers may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current month are not refundable. Advance fees for months after the notice period ends will be refunded.

6. Workshops and events

Where we run paid workshops or events, cancellations made at least 7 days before the date receive a full refund. After that, you may transfer your seat to a colleague. If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund.

7. Digital products

Digital products (templates, toolkits, e-books and recorded courses) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, so all sales are final, except in these cases:

• Not delivered: you paid but did not receive access, and we cannot fix it within 2 working days. You get a full refund.
• Charged twice: the duplicate payment for the same order is refunded in full.
• Faulty file: the file is corrupt or materially different from its description, and we cannot replace it within 2 working days. You get a full refund.

Please report a problem within 7 days of purchase. Paid consultation sessions booked online follow section 2 above.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer. GST will be adjusted as required by law.

9. How to request a refund or cancel

Email info@mprventures.in with your name, invoice number and reason. We will confirm receipt within one working day.
