Who we're looking for

Practitioners who have run or fixed a business

8 or more years of experience, with at least 3 in a business, sales, finance or operations leadership role
Results you can show: revenue grown, costs cut, a business turned around
Based in Tamil Nadu, or able to travel within your cluster
Comfortable in English and Tamil
Available at least 8 days a month

How it works

From application to your first client

Apply online. Takes about 5 minutes.
A short call. We reply within 7 days and set up a 20-minute conversation.
Meet the team. An interview and a short case based on a real small-business problem.
Sign and get set up. References, a simple agreement and an induction on the MPR way of working.
Start with a client. Co-lead your first engagement with an MPR lead, then take clients on your own.

Questions

Is this a job?

No. You join as an independent associate on a consultant agreement, and you invoice MPR Ventures for your work.

How much can I earn?

You earn a share of the fee on every engagement you deliver, agreed in writing upfront. A client you bring in earns you a higher share.

Can I keep my current job or practice?

Yes, as long as there's no conflict of interest with MPR clients. Tell us about it in your application.

Do I need to pay anything to join?

No. There is no joining fee, deposit or training fee.

What happens to my details?

We use them only to assess your application. See our Privacy Policy.
