This website, www.mprventures.in (the "Website"), is owned and operated by MPR Ventures, a sole proprietorship based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("MPR Ventures", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and do not require a physical or digital signature.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Website in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• copy, scrape or reproduce Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• submit false, misleading or another person's information through any form.

4. Consulting engagements

Any consulting service is provided only under a separate written proposal, engagement letter or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use, the agreement prevails for that engagement. Submitting an enquiry or booking a discovery call does not create a client relationship.

5. Fees and taxes

Fees for paid services are as agreed in writing. All fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

6. Digital products and online payments

• Prices for digital products and paid sessions are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the product page, along with any applicable GST.
• Payments are made by UPI directly to MPR Ventures or, once available, through our payment partner Razorpay. We never ask for your card details, UPI PIN or OTP.
• Each digital product is licensed to the buyer for their own business or personal use. You may not resell, share, upload or republish it, in whole or in part.
• Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy, and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The MPR Ventures name, logo, the tagline "Multiply. Propel. Rise.", and all text, graphics and design on the Website belong to MPR Ventures or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPR Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or reliance on its content.

You agree to indemnify MPR Ventures against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Website.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
