Is this legal advice?

No. It's practical, general guidance to help small businesses prepare, based on the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Rules notified on 13 November 2025. For large customer databases, children's data or after a serious breach, speak to a lawyer.

How do I receive the kit?

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, we email a receipt with your kit. Ask us on WhatsApp or email if you need your business name on it.

Can I share it with my team?
